June 10, 2024 LORETA DAKA FLORAL BOUTIQUE BRANDING SESSION 2024 | SHAINA LEE PHOTOGRAPHY


I was long overdue for a re-brand; so I called my girl Shaina from Shaina Lee Photography! I was interested in taking updated photographs to add to my growing collection of visual marketing content! I have admired Shaina's work for many years and it's evident to see, as you will find her photography throughout my website. Shaina is an incredibly talented natural light photographer and the quality of the images she produces never cease to amaze me. When we put our heads together, we come up with endless possibilities! We started the session in an office-like setting which was designed to be more “formal” and to focus on the more business casual side of me. As you know, I mostly work out of my home studio in "play clothes" or a t-shirt and jeans. When I'm not flowering, you will find me behind a computer screen drawing up contracts, writing proposals, and talking to clients over zoom meetings. The second part of the session took place in my personal studio which was filled with flowers and greenery. A quick outfit change later and Shaina shot these awesome photographs! My goal was to showcase my studio AS IS and the way I truly work in it. This time, I did not bother to clean up, as I wanted to ensure that nothing looked too perfect. Let's be honest, there's nothing perfect about a floral designer's workspace. My work station usually ends up messy! 🤦‍♀️ We ended the branding session in my garden which I have tended to and grown my own product for many, many years. These were my favorite images that we took that day! It felt great to be back in front of Shaina's camera. Seeing Shaina's business thrive over the years has been such a delight. Not only that, but her images are the face of my website and her photography has helped grow my business tremendously! I am happy to say that I am thrilled with this re-brand! Thanks Shaina!!
