COASTAL NUPTIALS AT THE BELLE MER IN NEWPORT, RI | LISA & CARL
I'd like to take credit where credit is due for this union folks. Just kidding! Butttttt I like to think that I had something to do with it! 🤭 It must have been the flowers that connected these two because Carl used to buy a bouquet of flowers from me for his girlfriend Lisa every weekend.
You always knew when Carl walked into the room; bright-eyed and bushy-tailed with a big 'ole smile on his face! Carl had an awesome sense of humor and he’s still a riot to this day! He would say, "Come onnnn Loreta, hook me up! Make me a beautiful bouquet!" and I would joke around and say, "What do you mean make you a beautiful bouquet? I DO make beautiful bouquets!" I met Carl at Village Market where we both used to work. I was the florist and he was a cashier and we became friends. It was no surprise to me when he asked me to flower his wedding years later and I was honored. But I knew that I couldn’t just make any ordinary bouquet—I needed to make THE bouquet. The bouquet of Lisa’s dreams! Congratulations Lisa and Carl! Wishing you both love and happiness on this special occasion!
